Formula 56 is the only low-sodium drinking water mineral supplement specifically designed for distilled drinking water
Use Formula 56 to add essential minerals and trace elements to distilled drinking water
With the increasing popularity of distilled drinking water, there is also a concern that, along with the nasty stuff you remove from your water, the trace elements and minerals your body needs are also removed.
Formula 56 adds essential minerals and also balances pH
With Formula 56 you get complete control over the minerals you are taking into your body through your drinking water.
Formula 56 contains a low-sodium balance of minerals and trace elements in the proportions your body needs them.
Distilled water can also become slightly acidic as it mildly bonds with Carbon Dioxide in the air - Formula 56 helps to balance the pH of your distilled drinking water.
Formula 56 is created using a natural, solar-concentration system in the Great Salt Lake of Utah in the USA. Solar evaporation ponds are used to harvest the pure and essential minerals in this supplement in the most natural way possible.
We worked with our supplier in Utah to develop Formula 56 so that it is the perfect and in fact the only mineral supplement for distilled drinking water.
The only mineral supplement specifically designed for distilled drinking water
There are no other ingredients in Formula 56 apart from a low sodium mineral concentrate. It is simply a naturally-sourced concentrated solution of ionised minerals.
As well as being Kosher and Halal, it is also GMO free and suitable for those partaking in a vegetarian, vegan or gluten free diet.
We recommend adding half a teaspoon of Formula 56 to every one litre of distilled drinking water.

1. What is the purpose of the charcoal filters?
Activated charcoal filters removes the volatile organic compounds and other impurities that water distiller did not remove.
2. During which stage of the distilling process is the charcoal filter used?
The final stage, after the steam has been condensed back into water.
3. Are the carbon filters reusable?
No, the activated charcoal is not reusable. They should be changed at least once a month. A distiller comes with 6 active charcoal filters (6 months supply).
4. Why does the distiller require a carbon filter if the water produced by condensation is sterile and pure?
Water distillers can allow a very small percentage of impurities (VOCs), which boil at temperatures below or very close to water. Activated carbon filters for water distillers remove these impurities.
5. Are these filters are the equivalent to the triangular filter pods for the H20 Labs distillers?
Yes, these function in the same way as the H20 lab ones do. These are also food grade.
6. Do they remove metallic taste from distilled water?
Yes, charcoal filters remove odours and makes your water tastes fresh and clean.
7. How long do activated charcoal filter last?
This depends on how often you use your water distiller. For daily users we recommend changing the filter at least once a month.
8. Do they remove fluoride?
These activated carbon filters take out chlorine, sulphur, oil, phenol, gelatin and any other organic pollutants. Additionally, they eliminate any outstanding impurity and odour which the water distiller did not take out.
